Sam and Brendan’s wedding – Hillstone St Lucia

Brisbane wedding photography the weekend after the flood toke on another dimension. One of respect for what people had gone through and the joy and celebration of love evident in everyone that day.

For Sam and Brendan this was such a happy day. Even tho Brisbane was in flood clean up, family and friends were all in good spirits and ready to celebrate the couple’s wedding. The ceremony was held at Brisbane Boys Grammar and then photos were just across the road in Roma St Gardens. The gardens hold special meaning to Sam and Brendan as it is the place where Brendan proposed to Sam. The most wonderful staff at Hillstone St Lucia helped make Sam and Brendan’s reception wishes come true. Thank you to everyone who helped our Brisbane wedding photographers Paul and Stephen on the day and we hope we brought an extra happiness to Sam and Brendan’s wedding photography experience.

Sandra and Phil’s wedding – Broadway Chapel

A few days before the wedding we attended Sandra and Phil’s wedding rehearsal at Broadway Chapel to meet everyone before the big day. We find this a great time to break the ice and get everyone relaxed for some lovely natural wedding photos. The weather was a little of a worry for Sandra but she was very pleased to hear we had organised a beautiful old building in Brisbane city for them to relax and enjoy some wedding photos with their bridal party. Their wedding day was so wonderful, a definite joy for these Brisbane wedding photographers.

Belinda and Shaun’s wedding – St Joseph’s Nudgee Colloege Chapel

We started the day off by meeting Belinda and some family and friends at Mane hairdressing at Albion. There was sandwiches, champagne and lots of fun. We also went on to Belinda’s sister’s home were she got ready.

St Joseph’s Nudgee College Chapel is a beautiful old building with fantastic light and colour. The balcony level gave us great opportunities for photos. We got all the family and friends photos done and headed off to the Brisbane city botanical gardens for some fun and photos. From the gardens it was a short walk along the river (stopping along the way for some photos) to the Rugby Club Downtown Brisbane for the reception.
