Sabrina and Michael are the type of down-to-earth couple you feel automatically at ease with. Having known each other for most of their lives through extended family, it’s no surprise that their bond is permeated through everything they do – walk, talk, laugh.

Matthew proposed while they were on a weekend getaway in Vanuatu for their 2nd Anniversary. As he bent down on one knee and opened a ring box, time slowed down, she said, “but there was something missing – the ring”! Luckily for Matt, he had just turned the box the wrong way around! Phew! Sabrina was more than thrilled with her Canturi princess cut, white gold, diamond ring.

We met them at an earlier Wedding Expo, when they fell in love with our Wedding albums, and especially the dachshund (sausage dog) puppy that starred in one of the wedding parties. “We were not considering a wedding without our puppies,” she said, so it was an easy decision! Maxim and Ava, their two gorgeous dogs tagged along for the engagement photos.

As they’re planning to jet set overseas to live, their engagement shoot location had to represent the iconic beauty of Brisbane – and what better place than Kangaroo Point!  They loved so many of their engagement photos we designed an album for them as a great keepsake.

We’re looking forward to shooting their Wedding at New Farm Park Rotunda and celebrate with family and friends at the swanky Enoteca Italian Restaurant.
