Another glorious Saturday in Brisbane, another beautiful wedding to photograph. Ashleigh and Sebastian were married at St John the Baptist Church in Bulimba in April. The bride wore a beautiful JK Coutour design with an elegant beading detail. Complemented by her bridesmaids in pretty, knee-length ensembles. Ashleigh chose peach toned roses and a hint of baby breath in her bridal bouquet, and pinks for her bridesmaids.

I wonder if Sebastian was starting to sweat, after a 30 minute delay, Ashleigh finally arrived at the Church. But it was worth it, as perfection can’t be rushed. Father John married the couple in a 40 minute ceremony which included mass. The congregation joined in singing, celebrating the happy occasion.

After the ceremony the couple headed to The Summit for their reception in a black, 1959 Bentley. With the light fading quickly we headed up to the Lookout for a few photographs of the bridal party before rejoining guests right on schedule for their entrance. The tables were beautifully styled with personal touches including photos in antique frames, jewelry boxes, long stem candles, and pretty white and pink blooms.
