Jessica and Tim’s wedding fell on the shortest day of the year, the Solstice; a day that’s been historically recorded as a time for festivals, celebrations and traditions! What a celebration it was with family and friends.

The couple chose places that was dear to them.  This started by both of them getting ready at home.  The girls had so much fun, loved their dresses and makeup by Courtney Bridges. The boys were relaxed and looking very stylish in their suits with hand crafted cufflinks.

The ceremony was at Hillbrook Anglican Chapel, where Jessica attended school.

The bridal party photo’s were taken at Mt Coot-tha gardens where we took advantage of waterfalls and green surrounds. This included stopping by a special spot where Jessica’s grand parents had been married.

The wedding reception continued at Mt Coot-tha Gardens, where an intimate group of guests kicked off their shoes and enjoyed the night, complemented by tunes from their friends Toby and Chris, from Second Affair. Bursts of colour lit up the room, thanks to Strathpine Flowers and Gifts. The Disney inspired cake from Fernlands Patisserie was one of the cutest cakes we’ve seen, we just loved the Mickey and Minnie Mouse cake topper. Here is a small selection of their album design.
