You know your wedding day is going to be a big one, so make sure you fuel up in the morning like Michael and his groomsmen did.  The smell of toast, bacon and eggs tempted us as we took shots of the boys getting ready.

We’re loving the bridal look that Rachel envisioned. From the detail in the princess dress to sparkle in her clip (that pinned back beautiful, cascading curls), this bride resembled the most perfect princess.  And those gorgeous drop earrings – oh my! The bridesmaids wore deep purple, one shoulder gowns. Completing an elegant, yet colourful look, to the bridal party.

Rachel and Michael were married in St Stephen’s Cathedral in Brisbane. A magnificent building with high ceilings, stained glass windows and wooden pews. Afterwards, we ventured to the City Botanic Gardens for the couple’s wedding photography, which was only a stone’s throw away from where their reception was to be held at Moda.

The couple chose a naked, chocolate wedding cake, topped with strawberries, to serve to their guests for dessert.
